Project Description: The City of Roswell is a dynamic and growing community located in North Fulton County, Georgia. The City is committed to fostering a vibrant economy, enhancing quality of life, supporting strategic redevelopment, expanding employment opportunities, strengthening the tax base, and promoting long-term economic sustainability.
The City is actively engaged in a variety of economic development, redevelopment, infrastructure, and community investment initiatives. These efforts include public-private partnerships, mixed-use development projects, redevelopment of strategic sites, district and master planning initiatives, transportation and infrastructure investments, community facility planning, and implementation of economic development programs.
To support these initiatives, the City seeks to establish a pool of qualified on-call consulting firms capable of providing specialized economic development, financial, real estate, and strategic advisory services on an as-needed basis.
The City anticipates selecting multiple firms under this solicitation and may issue task orders to one or more firms based upon project needs, qualifications, expertise, availability, and negotiated scope.
