Seminole County Environmental Services, Watershed Division seeks Consultants to perform professional lake management services. Services may include the development of hydrologic and nutrient budgets, limnological investigations, evaluation and conceptual planning of water quality best management practices, pollutant loading, groundwater and/or surface water sampling, development of water quality models and watershed management plans.
