RM-195326 REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY SERVICES

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority ("Authority") intends to pursue a two-step competitive process in the award of this service agreement. The purpose of this request for qualifications (“RFQ”) is to solicit interest and establish a short list of laboratories that are qualified to provide “Environmental Laboratory Services” to the Authority. No contract will be immediately awarded as a result of this RFQ. Rather, following a review of the responses to this RFQ, the Authority will develop a short list of the laboratories that meet the minimum mandatory requirements numerated below. The qualifying laboratories will receive a Request for Bids (“RFB”) soliciting Proposals to provide “Environmental Laboratory Services”.
