Notice is given that on Thursday February 19, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive

and publicly open separate sealed bids for Blue Line LRT Refurbishment, Project Number 62411,

Contract Number 25P330.

The work of this project includes rust mitigation, glass replacement, light fixture updates,glass fixture

updates, concrete spall repair, tactile paver replacement, trip hazard repair, and leading-edge repairs.
