Scope of Services
The District desires to engage a firm to provide qualified installation of sound systems for gymnasiums, cafeterias, auditoriums, athletic fields, etc. The qualified firm shall demonstrate a referenced history detailing a period of five (5) years’ experience designing, installing, and supplying equipment required for successfully completed projects. The awarded vendor must have manufacturer authorizations for a detailed list of district approved equipment with the documented capability to provide warranty and repair for awarded projects.

No electronic submissions will be accepted. All sealed proposals must be received in our Purchasing Department no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 2, 2025. If a proposal is transmitted by U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable delivery medium, the Proposer(s) will be responsible for its timely delivery to the Purchasing Department, 2091 NE 35th Street, Ocala, Florida 34479. Proposer(s) must mark each envelope with the RFP number and Title of the RFP. Proposals cannot be emailed.
