Notes	Johnson County Wastewater Mission Woods Force Main Replacement Project – Contract No. MTM1 C075 Scope of Work: The work consists of the following: Installation of approximately 1829 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter force main via horizontal directional drilling, installation of one (1) new 6-foot diameter pre-cast polymer concrete combination air release and meter vault, fitting assembly for function of new force main as shown on the drawings, installation of one (1) new 5-foot diameter combination air release valve, fitting assembly and precast polymer concrete vault for function of new force main as shown on the drawings, and installation of one (1) 4-foot diameter polymer concrete gravity manhole for connection to the existing downstream gravity sewer at the Mission Hills Country Club, 5400 Mission Dr, Mission Hills, KS 66208; abandonment of approximately 1833 lineal feet of existing 8-inch Cast Iron Force Main with flowable fill; abandonment of one existing air release valve vault; testing of the new force main; installation of pump station improvements as shown on the drawing including new meter vault, bypass connection, and drain line; removal of existing curb, trees, and pavement as necessary to construct new access drive to the existing pump station at 2001 Shawnee Mission Parkway, as shown on the drawings; and any other labor or materials necessary to provide pump station improvements and a fully functioning force main and complete restoration of the site to the satisfaction of the Owner.
