Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Tahlequah until 9:00 am on August 19, 2025. The sealed envelope must be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word “BID”, Bid No., Project Name, and the Closing Date. All submitted bids must be stamped as received by the City Clerk prior to this time. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered. The bids will be opened publicly on August 19, 2025 at 9:10 am in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 111 S Cherokee Avenue. All bidders submitting a bid must obtain a copy of bid documents from City of Tahlequah to submit a valid bid. Any proposal submitted that was obtained from an outside source other than City of Tahlequah will be considered an irregular proposal and will be eligible for rejection. Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
