Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the County of Fairfax, Virginia is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified applicants to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the procurement of comprehensive case management, employment services and financial literacy for the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s (FCRHA) Moving to Work (MTW) Portfolio.
