Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delano (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of Crime Prevention Vehicles from February 26, 2026, through March 12, 2026. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is open to all qualified vendors. The vehicles will be unmarked and assigned to the Crime Prevention Team. These vehicles will be used for intelligence-based crime prevention, community engagement in plain clothes or non-uniformed capacity, attendance at community meetings, events and outreach.
