Notes	The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract to supply the City of Arlington with HVAC filters for one-year, with two, one-year renewal options The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
