Request for Quotes 2025-31COA Exterior Painting COA	Request for Quotes 2025-31COA Exterior Painting of the Council on Aging The City of Holyoke is seeking quotes for painting services at the Council on Aging located at 291 Pine Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. All quote submission need to be inclusive of all labor and materials need to complete the job. The city intends to award the contract the lowest, responsive and responsible quoter. The following scope of work is needed- - Paint the Entire exterior of the Council on Aging Building. Color to be matched with Sherwin Williams SuperPaint Low lustre Exterior Paint. There will be 3 Colors needed to complete this job. - Dark Beige Color to be matched aprox 45 Gallons - Light Beige Color to be matched aprox 25 Gallons - All white Trim Color to be matched aprox 5 Gallons **Contractor to provide all labor & equipment needed to complete the job** A non-mandatory Pre-Bid walkthrough will be held on April 1, 2025 @ 10:30AM at the Council on Aging located at 291 Pine Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. Documents are available starting on March 26, 2025, at 10AM electronically from morrowj@holyoke.org Quotes are due no later than April 22, 2025 @ 2PM. Documents can be sent electronically to morrowj@holyoke.org with the language “Quote Submission for 2025-31COA” in the subject line. Prevailing Wages must be paid. City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if in the best interest of the city.	Available on 3/26/25 @10AM	Due no later than 4/22/25 @ 2PM
