Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the completion of the scope of work outlined in this RFP to provide turnkey civil engineering, architectural design, structural engineering, utility extension, permitting, procurement, and complete construction services for a new approximately 25,000 square foot pre-engineered steel institutional facility.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. Construction is anticipated to commence on October 15, 2026
and to be substantially completed by June 2027.
Background
Lake Lake Mountain School District (the "Conducting Entity") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, licensed Design-Build (DB) Teams (consisting of general contracting firms partnered with licensed Architectural and Engineering sub-consultants) to provide turnkey civil engineering, architectural design, structural engineering, utility extension, permitting, procurement, and complete construction services for a new approximately 25,000 square foot pre-engineered steel institutional facility.
The project site consists of approximately seven (7) acres located within Utah County Parcel No. 66:290:0008, currently owned by the District and presently undeveloped dirt. The selected Design-Build team will provide single-point responsibility for all aspects of design and construction, including utility extensions, site development, building construction, and commissioning under a single contract.
The completed facility will consolidate centralized district operations, administrative functions, public assembly spaces, technical departments, and specialized student service functions into a single integrated campus.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Lake Mountain School District is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #LMSD06292026. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
