SUMMARY:

The Department of Health, Division of Health Care Services is soliciting the services of a National Committtee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) certified vendor to conduct the Consumer Assessment of Health Care Provider and systems (CAHPS) Health Plan Survey 5.1H for children enrolled in Medicaid (including children with chronic conditions) and adults enrolled in Medicaid.
