2025-20DPW	REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #2025-20DPW The City of Holyoke is preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the long-term operations and maintenance of Holyoke’s wastewater treatment plant, collection system, stormwater system, CSO, flood control systems, and an industrial pretreatment program. In order to produce the best possible RFP, the City is soliciting likely proposers and other interested parties to submit their thoughts and suggestions for the generation of an RFP that will result in the optimal operation of a system as described above no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024 by 4:00 PM EST. The City anticipates the formal RFP to be issued in mid-January 2025 with a contract start date of September 30, 2025. All submissions to this RFI are made for the purpose of supporting the production of the planned RFP. The City makes no offer of compensation for any submission. The offer of a response to this RFI will have no impact on the evaluation of any proposal against the planned RFP. Responses to this RFI shall be sent to Edward J.
