Description: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR TRADE CONTRACTOR SERVICES Agawam High School Town of Agawam, Massachusetts The Town of Agawam, through its School Building Committee, requests qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Trade Contractors submit Statements of Qualifications for the Agawam High School Building Project. This RFQ is for Early Bid Package #4 and the Main Bid Package. Interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work, at the estimated values indicated: Masonry $ 4,780,545 Miscellaneous Metals $ 2,194,425 Roofing $ 6,487,342 Waterproofing, Dampproofing, and Caulking $ 1,258,563 Metal Windows $ 1,544,880 Glass and Glazing $ 3,955,380 Tile $ 1,823,944 Acoustical Tile $ 1,397,976 Resilient Floors $ 1,367,782 Terrazzo $ 648,656 Painting $ 703,392 Fire Protection $ 1,809,741 Plumbing $ 6,149,481 HVAC $ 22,475,555 Electrical $ 14,492,066 The Owner’s Project Manager is LeftField, the Designer is Flansburgh Architects, the Construction Manager is Fontaine Brothers. The Estimated Total Construction Cost for the project is  $186,951,887. The complete RFQ including directions will be available on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at www.biddocs.com (under Bid Listings – Solicitations). SOQs must be submitted at or before 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2025. SOQs will ONLY be accepted electronically though www.BidDocs.com . All responders must create a User Profile (no charge) to submit a SOQ. Evaluations are expected to be complete by July 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Prospective Respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee at any time during the RFQ process except through written questions submitted in accordance with the process outlined in the RFQ. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process for trade contractors as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. The required SOQ is different from DCAMM Certification. The Town of Agawam, acting through its SBC and Prequalification Committee, reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town of Agawam and Agawam Public Schools.
