Phase 2 of the Plano Parkway Park Project includes the construction playground facilities, a prefabricated pavilion, park signage, site grading, erosion control, sub-drainage, concrete trail, electrical and lighting improvements, landscape and irrigation, as well as other related items. The contractor shall furnish and install all materials and supply all necessary labor and equipment for a complete and finished project ready for use and operation by the City.

An optional Pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall in Conference Room 1W2 at 2:00 p.m. on March 11, 2025.

Pre-bid meeting questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2025.

Should it be necessary, an addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 17, 2025.

The bid opening will be March 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in City Hall, Room CH1W2

Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Plano Parkway Park, Phase 2 - Park Improvements Project bid, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual.
