Project Description

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partner with the District in procuring a Human Resources Information System to replace its legacy systems.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025. Please email the RFP response to HRISRFP@ebmud.com with the Proposer’s firm and “Proposal for HRIS Consultancy” in the subject line. The Proposer may include links to attachments too large to be shared by email. The RFP provides guidelines on how to submit a proposal for this RFP.
