Notes	The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place a neighborhood park complete with concrete trail, walks and a bridge, a playground with shade canopy, park amenities, stone masonry walls, lighting/electrical, benches and litter receptacles, irrigation, and turf grass to complete this project in the City of Irving. The project is located at 1416 N Irving Heights DR, Irving, Texas 75061. Attendance at one of the two Pre-Bid Conferences is mandatory, and is a preferred method of receiving questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project. Please see the Activities section in IONWAVE for information. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.
