The Board of Education of the Waukee Community School District will receive sealed bids for construction of the replacement building cooling system at Maple Grove Elementary School located in West Des Moines, IA.

Lump-sum bids will be received for:

Mechanical and Electrical Construction for the Building Cooling System Replacement at Maple Grove Elementary School.

Insurance. The Owner requires that Project be Substantially Complete on or before the 1st day of March, 2027.

The Board of Education will receive Bids before 2:00 PM on the 3rd day of September, 2026 in the Board Room of the Waukee Community School District, 560 SE University Avenue, Waukee, Iowa. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August, 2026 at Maple Grove Elementary School, 1455 98th Street, West Des Moines, IA 50266. Bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend.
