Project Description: CUNY is inviting qualified firms with experience in providing mathematical computing software solutions to submit proposals for a comprehensive mathematical computing software solution that supports teaching, research, and innovation across its 25 campuses The Solution must offer advanced numerical computing, data analysis, visualization, and simulation capabilities while integrating seamlessly with CUNY’s Learning Management System (Brightspace), cloud-based tools, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. Any procurement resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A, CUNY Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and/or a standard CUNY agreement.
The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation.

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected.

“Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State
Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)” - “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made, communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in disqualification.
Contact with CUNY:
Under the requirements of the PLA, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
