Deadline to Submit Proposals:

March 13, 2026 by 4:00 P.M.

The City must receive the Proposal on or before 4:00 PM, March 13, 2026. A Proposal received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive and the City will return the Proposal, unopened.

A Proposal must be submitted on the attached Proposal Form package. Oral, telephonic, facsimile, or electronically transmitted (email) Proposals are invalid and the City will not accept or consider them.

Proposer must submit Four (4) printed Proposal documents (consisting of 1 original and 3 copies), and One (1) thumb drive with a PDF copy of the proposal in a sealed, clearly labeled envelope (or box). A Proposal may be delivered by mail or in person.
