Description: Washington County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit and engage a qualified content and design consultant or consulting firm to execute a complete redesign of the county’s website, WashingtonCountyMN.gov. The selected consultant will act as a partner and advocate for Washington County in interactions with the website vendor, CivicPlus. The primary goal of the website redesign is to actualize the user-centric website strategy: to solve community needs with accuracy, ease, and timeliness by showing a visually engaging, responsive, and inviting site to meet expectations. The redesigned website will meet the expectations of a diverse user demographic through human-centered design thinking.
