Summary

The City of Seattle is seeking proposals for Oracle WebCenter Upgrade and Migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Proposals are due no later than 12:00 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 12, 2025

With this solicitation, the Seattle Information Technology Department seeks proposals from experienced consultants to upgrade its Oracle WebCenter Suite of Products and migrate both platforms to Oracle Cloud. This includes transitioning the two on-premise Oracle WebCenter platforms (ECM Core Platform and ECM Accela Platform) to an upgraded cloud-based solution, along with migrating all associated applications, content, and integrations.
