The City of Cambridge would like to invite you to submit a bid for Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) Services for DPW Salt Shed Replacement . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cambridgema , no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, April 16, 2026 .

Background

If your firm is interested in responding to this RFQ for Prequalification of CM at Risk firms for this Project then you shall fill out this CM at Risk RFQ Interest Form and submit it to the City of Cambridge by e-mail to purchasing@cambridgema.gov as soon as possible and BEFORE you submit your response to the RFQ.

79 Sherman Street, Cambridge, in the parking lot next to St. Peter’s Baseball Field at Danehy Park. Please enter the driveway off Sherman St, between 81 Sherman St and St. Peter’s Field. Park in one of the spaces on the south side of the lot. Meet near the main door of the existing Salt Shed.
