The scope performed under this contract includes the sound separation of the performance space to the adjacent facilities, replacement of the historic vaulted ceiling, construction of new restrooms and back of house support spaces, and installation of new MEP, fire alarm, and stand pipe/sprinkler systems. To meet ADA requirements, a gently sloped walkway with a railing will lead to the entrance to the building. CB: Brooklyn 2 Project #: PV028-ISS / EPIN: 85026B0053 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement. This contract is subject to Special Experience Requirements. This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released throughout PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
