Statement of Qualifications are due on or before 2:00 pm (CST) on August 7, 2026. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on November 10, 2026. Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
