Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2024-058, City Owned Vacant Property Lots for Bid, Group 4. Sealed and Electronic Bids will be accepted to the highest bidder at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 31, 2024. The City of Waco is seeking bids from qualified individuals and firms for the opportunity to purchase (8) City owned properties groups to develop into residential housing. The properties offered for sale are listed in the bid package. A detailed specifications is available at: https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Zoom Video and Dial-In Conferencing.
