Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to (1) inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide the City of Westerville with Consultant Construction Administration and Observation Services for public improvements undertaken in 2026 thru 2028 and (2) identify qualified consultants for the delivery of such services.
