• Summary DPR has 30 recreation centers and is seeking to establish a qualified contractor to provide repair services for cardio and strength equipment on a continuing basis.

The Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) is seeking cardio and strength equipment repair and maintenance services on a continuing basis, and DPR seeks to establish a qualified contractor to provide these services throughout Denver. DPR currently has thirty (30) recreation centers that provide a variety of strength and cardio equipment for public use. Existing equipment includes but is not limited to: Life Fitness and Precor. The City is soliciting proposals for the repair and maintenance of this equipment, including annual safety inspections where required, regular maintenance visits, and emergency repairs. This RFP does not include repair work covered under existing warranties.
