Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 1.12.E.(3) of RFP FO 25-01 and City Code Section 3-5-120, the City of Tolleson is issuing this Cancellation Notice. The City has determined that it is in the City’s best interest to cancel RFP FO 25-01. Effective immediately, RFP FO 25-01 is cancelled in its entirety, and all proposals are rejected. A revised solicitation may be posted in the future with modifications to the scope of work.
