Scope of Services
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes Professional Architectural Continuing Contract Services for various school-related projects within the Architectural Design Services area of expertise. Responses to this RFQ should be submitted without including subconsultants.
Professional firms submitting qualifications must be certified, licensed, and insured to do business in the State of Florida in compliance with Florida Statutes. This document shall provide the Franklin County School District (FCSD) with Architectural Continuing Contract Services pursuant to Florida Statutes and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF).
The FCSD seeks CONSULTANT(S) (as defined herein) that have exceptional experience providing the same or similar services to school districts, municipalities, and governmental entities and desires to enter into a multi-year contract with the FCSD for services as described below.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The FCSD seeks Architectural Design Services for a wide range of projects, including, but not limited to, remodeling, renovations, additions, expansions, new construction, technology upgrades and retrofits, energy efficiency improvements, Department of Education-approved grants, energy rebate processing, and roofing analysis and design (including re-roofing).
The firm(s) selected under a continuing contract will be responsible for assigned projects. Construction Budgets for each individual project are estimated not to exceed the amount defined in §287.055 Florida Statutes. Total Project Value has not yet been established and is unavailable at the time of this bid.
The FCSD reserves the right to negotiate and award multiple projects to the firm(s) selected for continuing contract services. Applicants are advised that all plans, drawings, and specifications for these projects become property of the FCSD.
