This project includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for replacing the static pendent signage with owner provided digital displays, at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center, in Boston, all as more fully set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. The work is estimated at $96,222.00.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, January 07, 2026, onsite at the main entrance (Main lobby) of Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center, Boston,
Massachusetts. Bidders will have an opportunity to visit the site of the work after the pre-bid
conference. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc pbangera@massconvention.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 PM, January 14, 2026.Bidding procedures and award of the contract will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 39M, inclusive, of Chapter 30 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. No DCAMM certification required.
