Project: CC-6191-24/HSM – Master Services Agreement for Hurricane Window and Door Replacements

Scope of Work: Seminole County seeks a qualified General or Building Contractor, specifically specializing in commercial style Hurricane rated window and storefront door unit replacements for fire stations throughout the county. These projects will be completed over the course of multiple years but will allow us to request a proposal from the awarded contractor for whichever locations the Seminole County Fire Department deems as priority and not have to solicit for bids each time based on pricing within the Agreement.

The Engineer’s estimate for the project is $300,000.00 (Term)
