Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MO PUBLIC WORKS Airport Farmland Lease Bid #RFP2025-15R The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to lease between three hundred and five hundred acres of farmland at Rosecrans Memorial Airport for the purpose of farming in accordance with terms of an Airport Farmland Lease Agreement. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on December 16, 2024. Bid Opportunities may be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs. The proposal request may also be obtained from the Purchasing Division, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.
