ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 875 Perimeter Drive.

c/o Ken Cook, MS2281, Moscow, Idaho 83844-2281 until 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, December

16th, 2025, for DPW Project 23251 RE-BID Chiller Replacement in the College of Natural Resources

(CNR) Building, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.

The Base Bid description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of one exterior

chiller and interior associated accessories. Replacement of the chilled water system and existing fisheries

water distribution systems, water mixing stations, and chlorine analyzer at the College of Natural Resources

fisheries lab at the University of Idaho. Alternate No. 1 includes installing automatic mixing stations throughout

the laboratory.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am, prevailing

local time, at the University of Idaho, Facility Building, 875 Perimeter Drive, Moscow, Idaho then

continuing to College of Natural Resources (CNR) 975 W 6TH ST, Moscow, Idaho 83844. Bidders

are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $350.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $1,722,000
