11’ Utility Body Upfits (this "Solicitation") is to select a vendor
that can install upfits on one (1) Ford Three Ton 11’ Utility Body truck as
described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best
method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, design, and
workmanship. The upfits need to be completed by September 15, 2025.
