Project Description

The Village of Plain City is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive trash and recycling services for our residents, businesses, and municipal facilities.

RFP Release Date: 8/11/2025
Pre bid Meeting: 8/27/2025 1pm
Bids Opening: 9/15/2025 11am

A pre-bid conference shall be held at 1:00pm on August 27, 2025, 800 Village Boulevard, Plain City, Ohio 43064.

Sealed bids, endorsed "Bid Proposal for Residential Refuse and Garbage Collection With Recycling 2026-2028," will be received by the Village of Plain City, c/o Haley Lupton, Village Administrator at the Municipal Building, 800 Village Boulevard, Plain City, Ohio 43064, until 11:00 a.m. on September 15, 2025.
