Notes	The City of Davenport is requesting qualifications to perform construction engineering services for the construction of several projects that will dramatically improve transportation access during large-scale flooding events from the Mississippi River. The City’s intention is to enter a contract with a single selected firm for construction engineering services. Qualifications must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Qualifications must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
