Upgrading the illumination system on the Peter Crawford Bridge – Bridge No. 4/230 by installing new bridge supported and bridge mounted utility assemblies, a new service, conduit and conductors, luminaire fixtures on the existing luminaire poles, removing the old service and conduit system, temporary traffic control and other work.
