Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, West Palm Beach VA Medical Center (WPBVAMC) located at 7305 North Military Trail, West palm Beach, FL 33410 intends to solicit a request for quotation (RFQ) from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) contractors for Teleradiology Mammography Physician Services.

The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the WPBVAMC under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract type. The authority of for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.

The VA anticipates issuing a total SDVOSB set aside solicitation for this requirement on or about October 25, 2024. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments from this website. No hard copies will be made available.

Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 12-01-2024 through 11-30-2025.

The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the responses to the RFQ submission process.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) under the applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://sam.gov. Registration in SAM is free and potential Offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contract can be awarded to any Offeror not registered in SAM.gov.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621512 (Diagnostic Imaging Centers) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million. The classification code is Q522 (Medical Radiology). The solicitation will be issued unrestricted.
