Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from a qualified company to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with the Garden City Parks and Recreation (GCPR) department and the City of Garden City, in Garden City, Kansas. The company (Proposer) will provide a brush blast of our swimming pool and repainting per Tnemec company specification listed in the attached sheets. GCPR will determine the color of the pool with the winning bidder.
