Sealed bids for Boat Dock Decking Replacement (Composite Upgrade) according to specifications, will be received by the undersigned until Thursday April 23rd, 2025 at 9:45 am., after which time they will be publicly opened at 10:00 am., by the undersigned, under the direction of the Development & Agriculture Committee of the Cattaraugus County Legislature at the Cattaraugus County
Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York 14755. Each bid, at the time it is received, will be stamped showing date and time of receipt.

ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED:

Any bid not clearly marked will not be considered.

Electronic copies of the proposed Contract Documents, Plans, Specifications and Instructions to Bidders will be available Wednesday April 1, 2026, and may be secured at Cattaraugus County Department Economic Development, Planning and Tourism, and may also be found at: https://www.CattCo.org/bid-request.

All bids received are subject to all federal and state controls concerning any such equipment.

All bids must be sent or delivered to: Clerk of Legislature, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, NY 14755.

All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date.

Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. Cattaraugus County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept based on best value.
