Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the operation and management of concession stands at various park facilities, recreational events and programs. The objective of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified vendor capable of providing high-quality, affordable food and beverage services to enhance the experience of park patrons and event attendees. Project specifications and submission instructions are included in Attachment #1: R-4693 RFP Concession Stand Operations. Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until Friday, August 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET). Offerors are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET). The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
