Janitorial Maintenance Services

The City of Coral Gables, Florida (“City”) is seeking proposals from a qualified and experienced firm (“Proposer”) to provide comprehensive Janitorial Maintenance Services (“Services”) as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Services shall include routine janitorial cleaning at City facilities, including nightly cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas. In addition, the Proposer shall provide daytime porter services to maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas while they are in use by City staff and visitors.
The contractor must be readily available to provide the services outlined in this solicitation, in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) policies, procedures, and directives; Federal law, regulations, and executive orders; and State / Local law and regulations.
