Landscape Maintenance Services - Mather Commerce Center

The City of Rancho Cordova, through its Department of Public Works, invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services at the Mather Commerce Center. The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive landscape maintenance for designated City-owned properties, including but not limited to:

• Streetscapes
• Medians
• Rights-of-way
• Facility grounds

Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to:

• Mowing and edging
• Pruning and fertilization
• Weed and pest control
• Litter and debris removal
• Irrigation system monitoring and adjustments
• Replacement of plant material as needed

All work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards, applicable regulations, and sustainable maintenance practices to ensure the long-term health and appearance of landscaped areas as outlined in the Scope of Services.

Minimum Qualifications

Contractors must meet the following minimum qualifications, including but not limited to:

• Valid State of California C-27 Landscape Contractor License
• Good standing with the California Department of Consumer Affairs Contractors State License Board
• Ability to meet all City of Rancho Cordova insurance requirements
• Capacity to begin work on January 1, 2026, with an adequate and qualified workforce
