33-03350 SAT Demolition of Hangar 4, Hangar 6, and Police/Public Safety Building

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the SAT Demolition of Hangar 4, Hangar 6, and Police/Public Safety Building project. Scope: The Work of this Contract comprises of the demolition of Hangar 4, Hangar 6, the Police/Public Safety Building, surface concrete and asphalt pavements, hangar building pads, Utility removal and shut-off, and installation of Air Operations Area (AOA) fence. Construction will be inside and outside the Airport’s AOA. The Contractor shall be responsible for reviewing all existing conditions associated with the Work prior to commencement of work activities.
