Description

The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for Access Frames & Covers to be used by the Wastewater Maintenance department. Product must comply with the Buy America provisions in Title 23 of the United States Code, Section 313 “Domestic Product Only.”  Award preference may be given to suppliers able to deliver some product within twenty (20) business days ARO.
