This project is funded in part by a Local Parks and Recreation Fund grant administered by the TennesseeDepartment of Environment and Conservation, Recreation Resources Division.2. All components must meet applicable ASTM and CPSC standards.3. Substitutions: Bidders may provide substitutions for equipment listed in bidspecifications, including all materials, coatings and wheelchair accessibility. However,any substitutions must be clearly identified and include detailed specifications and photoor visual showing appearance including fall/use zones. Acceptance of any substitutionis not guaranteed and will be based on its compatibility with the overall layout, intendeduse of feature specified, general specifications and conformance to theme. Anyequipment submitted as a substitution must clearly indicate which equipment item in thebid specifications the substituted equipment is replacing.4.
