Description: Addendum Three replaces both the project manual and the drawings/plans in their entirety. Addendum Two extends the bid due date, the question deadline, and adds an additional pre-bid meeting on February 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the following link: Pre-Bid Meeting 2 Link . Addendum One extends the due date, the pre-bid meeting date, and the question deadline date. The scope of this project centers on the expansion of the existing Long Hollow Stormwater Pond into a regional stormwater facility to mitigate flooding issues along the I-110 corridor. This expansion includes biodiversity in plants in the pond area to effectively “treat” the regional stormwater before it enters the Pensacola Bay, keeping Pensacola’s waterways clean of harmful debris and waste. This will also attract local wildlife, providing a safe and clean water body for the community surrounding the park.
