Description: City of Seabrook Notice to Bidders Sealed Bid Project # 2025-6-405 Carothers Grading and Drainage Project 2025 Notice is hereby given that the City of Seabrook solicits proposals for the following: RFP# 2025-06-405 Carothers Grading and Drainage Project 2025 Sealed Request for Proposals for 2025-06-405, Carothers Grading and Drainage Project 2025, Seabrook Project No. 2025-06-405 will be received until 2:00 PM On June 26, 2025, by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received, and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. Until final award of the Contract, City of Seabrook reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed to do the Work otherwise when in the best interest of the City of Seabrook.
